 How It Works



1)  Check availability or price estimate from Availability and Price Estimate page, and then submit the form. It's Free and Safe!

2)  You'll then receive a reply by e-mail from us.

      Please choose from A) , B), or C).
3)  A) Book a Trial or Consultation appointment by e-mail or phone. When the Trial or the Consultation appointment has been confirmed, a temporary Wedding Day Reservation will be made automatically with no payment necessary. 
*Trial or Consultation payment must be made at the time of the actual appointment.
       
       B) If you would like to make a Wedding Day Service Reservation without Trial or Consultation, please request a Wedding Day Service Contract Form. 
When the contract form request has been confirmed, a Temporary Wedding Day Reservation will be made automatically with no payment necessary. 
*This temporary reservation will be cancelled if we do not receive a signed contract and the deposit within 15 days after the contract form has been sent.

       C) Please contact us if you wish to have a Trial or a Consultation fewer than 15 days prior to the wedding date.

4)  A) We will come to your location for a Trial or Consultation!  
We do 2-4 different styles at our usual Trial. You will receive a Wedding Day Service Contract Form from us on the day of the Trial or the Consultation. 
*Your Temporary Wedding Day Reservation will be cancelled if we do not receive a signed Wedding Day Contract and the Deposit within 15 days after the Trial or the Consultation.  

        B) If you requested a Wedding Day Service Contract Form without Trial or Consultation, you will receive it in about 3 days.

5)  Mail in the signed Wedding Day Service Contract and the Deposit (50% of the estimated total price. We accept cash, check, credit card, and PayPal.) then your temporary Wedding Day Service Reservation will be permanent.
*Remaining balance payment must be made at the day of the wedding.

6)  You will receive a confirmation e-mail notice as soon as we  receive the signed contract and the deposit.
You will also receive the contract signed by us by mail.

7)  You will receive an e-mail from us one week before your wedding day, along with your technician's cell phone number for urgent matters.

                         ************************************************************
8)  We will come to your location on your wedding day! *Cancellation fewer than 30-days prior to the wedding date may result in forfeiture of the entire deposit amount.
